Yoga Classes

Come join us for classes and get fit and flexy at the same time! There is no experience required! We start with the basics...and get you fit and flexy before we try any of the hard stuff. This class is not intimidating like some classes - we keep it relaxed and want to make sure you get the most out of it!

Leave your worries and the stress of the world behind as you lengthen and stretch deeper by the minute. You will leave with a calm and complete relaxation as well as a clear mind. Join us for Yoga!

Classes are 60 minutes long. Please wear yoga pants/capris or shorts and a tank top or shirt. No shoes are needed. Some yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Classes are Saturdays & Sundays at 12:15!

No yoga experience is required.
No prerequisite pole classes are required.

PiYo & Insanity Live! Classes 

Yoga or Pilates? Why not both! Nathan is a certified PiYo instructor and is ready to share it with you! PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

With Insanity Live! challenge your body and push yourself to your max with the best selling program created by Shaun T. This hi-intensity workout takes you through group focused cardio drills, athletic conditioning, and explosive moves without any equipment. Both classes are 60 minutes long and are back to back Tuesday nights starting at 6pm. We recommend comfy clothes and tennis shoes for this one!

Kickboxing Classes

Typically we say "check your frustrations at the door" but Ian will tell you to bring them on in to this class! Learn to kick, punch, and protect yourself in a safe environment with a WELL accredited instructor. Leave feeling lighter than air and much "safer to be around." We kid, but it does feel fabulous to kick it all out. 

This class features 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of partner sparring and body weight drills. 

Classes are 75 minutes long. Please wear yoga pants/capris or shorts and a tank top or shirt. Tennis shoes are a must for this sport. Some gloves are provided but feel free to bring your own! Classes are Mondays at 6:30, Wednesdays at 7:15, and Saturdays at 9am.


No previous experience is required.

Booty Pops & Drops 

We have all tried it. Maybe alone or maybe in the club, but you know you have. TWERKING! Were you successful? Either way, Chudney has the answer! She can make ANYTHING shake, rattle, & roll. This is a 60 minute class. You will warm up with squats, body weight drills, and then dive right into a twerk routine! We recommend leg warmers and knee pads if ya got em'!

Deep Stretch and Flexibility Classes

This 60 minute class is sure to get your muscles loose and your body bending! We will focus on relaxing your body and stretching your muscles so that you can be the best YOU! This class is a great class for getting that flexibility you've been aiming for. Classes are Wednesday nights at 6!

There is no prerequisite for this class. 
No experience required.
