Holly first showed up to the mat in the summer of 2014. The physical benefits of strength, balance, and flexibility caught her attention, while the mental benefits kept her returning to her mat on a daily basis. While slowly developing and expanding her own personal practice, Holly has enjoyed traveling and spending time with the family she works for as a nanny, for the past 2 and a half years. Holly received her Yoga Teacher 200 hour certification in the summer of 2017, and loves introducing new students to the physical and mental benefits of showing up to the mat. Holly attended Indy Pole's customer appreciation day open house in September, and is eager to start out with some level 1 pole fitness and silks classes. Catch Holly on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm, and leave feeling calm in your heart and mind!
